Movement. Memory. Medicine.

My earliest memories were shaped by the golden light of Napa Valley — twirling through childhood in dance studios where movement first became my medicine. Dance was my doorway: into self-expression, into healing, into the sacred conversation between body and soul.

In college, I followed that current across the Pacific, studying in Hawai’i while immersed in an interdisciplinary pre-med path that deepened my understanding of the body, not just as biology, but as wisdom. Those years were marked by exploration: teaching ballet, discovering Pilates, diving into yoga, and turning toward holistic healing as a calling rather than a curiosity.

Through each modality, I found pieces of myself — learning how to listen more deeply to the language of my body, the patterns of my mind, and the whispers of my spirit.

Dance remained my first love, and to this day, I share its grace through classical and partner movement. I earned my basic Pilates mat certification in 2009, became a certified Level One Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2017, and have spent the past 12 years as an essential oil educator, inviting others into the art of self-regulation and sensory presence.

In the spring of 2023, my path led me to Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), a modality that illuminated the unconscious architecture behind lasting transformation.

These tools have supported me in moving through deep-rooted patterns and shifting the inner narratives that once kept me feeling and playing small.
