S Ā D H A N A

Sādhana is the daily structure through which we cultivate self-awareness. It is the practice of showing up each day in devotion to yourself, creating a rhythm that supports growth, clarity, and alignment.

A life-promoting habit is a daily one. Research shows that nearly 90% of what we do each day stems from ingrained patterns, and it takes a particular mindset to consciously shift those patterns. In the yogic tradition, it is understood that:

  • 40 days of consistent practice will change a habit.

  • A kriya, literally meaning an action for manifestation, becomes the vehicle for this transformation.

Through 40-day meditations and practices, we begin to precipitate discovery and initiate change. Each repetition embodies new experiences, strengthens increased capacities, and opens us to the possibility of living with greater radiance.
